HOW TO OPERATE
TO OPERATE ON FAN:
YOU WILL SEE:
LIGHT ON
Note: Use this function oniy when cooiing is not desired, such
as for room air circuiation or to exhaust staie air. (Remember
to open the vent during this function, but keep it ciosed during
cooiing for maximum cooiing efficiency.) You can choose any
fan speed you prefer.
During this function, the dispiay wiii show the actuai room tem
perature, not the set temperature as in the cooiing mode.
TO USE THE ENERGY

YOU WILL SEE:
LIGHT ON
Note: In this mode, the fan wiii continue to run for 3 minutes
after the compressor shuts off. The fan then cycies on for 2
minutes at 10 minute intervais untii the room temperature is
above the set temperature, at which time the compressor turns
back on and cooiing starts.
TIMER:TIMER ON/OFF

Note: For Timer Off, the unit must be in the On position.
Note: For Timer On, the unit must be in the Off position.
To adjust timer setting, tap or hoid the UP arrow(.A) or the
DOWN arrow(^) to change deiay timer at 0.5 hour incre
ments, up to 10 hours, then at 1 hour increments up to 24
hours. The controi wiii count down the time remaining untii
start (8, 7.5, 7, etc.). The Timer On mode automaticaiiy
seiects cooiing with maximum Fan Speed. The temperature
maintained wiii be the same as previousiy set. To change the
set temperature, press “MODE” then Up or Down arrows untii
the desired temperature is indicated on the dispiay. After 5
seconds, the controi wiii automaticaiiy change the dispiay
back to the hours remaining untii the unit wiii start/stop.
Turning the unit “ON" or “OFF” at any time wiii cancei the Timer
On/Off function.
The Timer On/Off Feature wiii work untii the unit either
starts or stops. Once that happens the above steps have to be
repeated again.
