Turn over. Return remainder to
oven.
Do not defrost less than 1/4 lb.
Freeze in doughnut shape.
Place in a microwavable roasting rack.

MEAT Separate and rearrange. Do not defrost less than 2 oz. patties.
Depress center when freezing.
Round Steak MEAT Turn over. Cover warm areas with
aluminum foil. Place in a microwavable roasting rack.
Tenderloin
Steak MEAT Turn over. Cover warm areas with
aluminum foil. Place in a microwavable roasting rack.
Stew Beef MEAT Remove thawed portions with fork.
Separate remainder.
