IMPORTANT: Do not expect your freezer to quick-
freeze any large quantity of food. Leave enough
space for air to circulate around packages. Be
careful to leave enough room at the front so the
door can close tightly.

Store in the freezer. Once the pack
age is opened, place o piece of aluminum foil or
plastic wrap smoothly against the ice cream surface
This will prevent ice crystals from forming.

Remove all food. Pack frozen foods in dry ice. Un
plug the refrigerator and clean it thoroughly
Remove everything that comes out Wrap all parts
well and tape them together so they don't shift and
rattle
Screw in the levelling legs, tape the doors shut; tape
the electric cord to the cabinet. When you get to your
new home, put everything back, level it and refer to
