2.1 End of Support for IKON FoIP
The fax over IP solution involving third-party components from IKON (FoIPv1) has reached its end of support.
Customers are advised to migrate to proprietary KCS FoIPv3 solution. This upgrade is available for free.
2.2 Phaseout of TCOSS TCDC and TC/OCR
TCOSS TCDC and its component TC/OCR has reached the end of support and cannot be installed anymore.
TCOSS TCDCSIGN remains fully supported.
2.3 Phaseout TC/LINK-GW
TC/LINK-GW has reached its end of sales on July 30, 2010. It will reach the end of support on July 30, 2011. With
the phaseout of TC/LINK-GW, the following additional features will be phased out:

SPI-GW
 Directory synchronization with NDS (Novell Directory Service)
2.4 Phaseout of TC/LINK-CCD
TC/LINK-CCD has reached its end of sales on July 30, 2010. It will reach the end of support on March 31, 2013. It
is replaced by KCS – Kofax Capture Connector.
