Directions For: Car Top Carrier Cable Lock
Run the Car Top Carrier Cable Lock through the zipper
pulls of a cargo bag (Fig 1) and secure the bag to the
vehicle’s roof rack (Fig 2). The Cable Lock can also be run
through the zipper pulls of the Cargo Saddlebag.
1-Align the pre-set combination (0-0-0) across the top of
the lock.
2-Press the cable trigger to fully retract the cable.
3-Hold the reset button and set your desired combination.
4-Release the rest button to save your new combination.
3-Press in and hold the lock button.
4-Insert the cable head into the cable hole and release the
lock button.
5-Scramble the combination.
6-Press the cable trigger to remove extra slack in the ca-
ble.
1-Align your combination across the top of the lock.
2-Press the lock button and pull out the cable head from
the cable hole.
3-Press the cable trigger to retract the cable into the lock’s
body.
Make sure the lock is positioned so that it will not con-
tact the roof of your vehicle while in transit.
Be careful not to reset the comination in error. If the com-
bination is unintentionally changed, it cannot be reset.

proper installation of the product and good judgment

sumer’s or user’s use or misuse of this product. Dam-
age to Purchaser’s vehicle or any other vehicle caused
by Purchaser’s improper use of this product may cause
serious injury or death. The Purchaser acknowledges
that Rightline Gear has no control over the attachment
of its products to vehicles or the attachment of items
to the Rightline Gear products. Accordingly, Rightline
Gear cannot assume responsibility for any damage to
any property arising out of the improper attachment
or use of its products.
