Your posture was not the same for all measurements,
or measurements were taken without sufficient time in
between. Always wait approximately 5 minutes before
taking another reading, and above all, relax.

Blood pressure vanes in response to minute changes in
your mental state, such as your reaction to your doctor
taking the measurement. One way to check this is to
bring the unit to your doctor’s oftice and directly compare
to the readings taken by your physician.
