To switch from stereo to “MONO” or vice versa
• When using a sound-multiplexed CD for “karaoke” such as CD-G (when the singer’s voice is heard
through the right channel and the accompaniment through the left)
When the sound mode is set to R-MONO or MONO, you can listen to the example singing first, or
when the sound mode is set to L-MONO you can sing along to just the accompaniment
Display the programming screen by pressing
the ® (or (R)) and ® buttons
Select STEREO using the
up/down directional pad
Select SET using the left/right
directional pad
Decide on one of the
settings on the right using
the ® button
Return to the play screen
