It is not necessary to open the seat belt, to move the CYBEX Pallas 2-fix into a
reclining position.
The CYBEX Pallas 2-fix has a reclining headrest (r) preventing your child’s head from
falling forward when asleep. Furthermore, this adjustable headrest contributes to
the comfort of your child during the car ride.
By slightly lifting the headrest, the inclination of the headrest (r) can be adjusted in
three different positions.
note! Please ensure that the child’s head always remains in contact with the
reclining headrest since otherwise the headrest cannot fulfill its optimal side-crash
protection function.
note! Make sure that both lap belt (n) and diagonal belt (f) are always tightly
fastened.
note! As long the car is in motion, the driver is not allowed to adjust the reclining
position.
Warning! make sure that the handle (v) of the reclining mechanism is always
audibly locked. the reclining position is only approved for ECE Group 1 (9-18 kg), in
conjunction with the main frame (w) and the safety cushion (p).
Warning! the locking device (t) must never be blocked by any objects! in case of
an accident, the free movement of the reclining mechanism must be guaranteed
since otherwise your child may suffer injuries.

– When the child is about to fall asleep, pull the handle (v) and the CYBEX Pallas
2-fix slides down automatically.
– When the child is no longer in the seat you can move the seat into an upright
position by pulling the handle (v) again and slightly pressing against the booster
(d).

Aviso! Certifique-se de que tanto o cinto horizontal como o diagonal estão
firmemente esticados.
A CYBEX Pallas 2-fix tem um encosto de cabeça reclínavel (r) que evita que a
cabeça se desloque para a frente no caso da criança adormecer. Além disso
proporciona conforto à criança enquanto anda de automóvel.

– Quando a criança não estiver no automóvel, a cadeira pode ser colocada na
posição vertical puxando a patilha (v) e pressionando contra o encosto (d).
Aviso! O condutor não deverá regular a reclinação da cadeira infantil enquanto
conduz, em nenhuma circunstância.
Aviso! Por favor assegure-se de que a cabeça da criança está sempre em
contacto com o apoio de cabeça reclínavel, doutra maneira a função de
protecção de impacto lateral nunca é atingida na totalidade.
PoSição DE SEntADo E REClinADo – ECE GRUPo 1 (9-18 KG.)
Atenção! Certifique-se de que a patilha (v) do mecanismo de reclinação está
bloqueada seja qual for a posição. A posição de reclinar só está aprovada para
o Grupo 1 (9 a 18 Kgs.), conjuntamente com a base (w) e almofada de segurança
(p).
– Quando a criança adormecer, puxe a patilha (v) para reclinar a cadeira
automaticamente.
Subindo com cuidado o apoio de cabeça, a inclinação do encosto de cabeça (r)
pode ser regulado em 3 posições diferentes.
Atenção! o mecanismo de reclinação (t) nunca deve ser obstruído com nenhum
objecto. Em caso de acidente, o movimento de reclinação deve ser garantido
para evitar que a criança sofra lesões.
