This Engine Starting Procedure is not a substitute for reading

the operator’s manual. To reduce the risk of injury, user must read and understand
operator’s manual before using this product.

Slowly press the PRIMER BULB 10x or until fuel appears.

Pull starter grip and rope until engine attempts

to start (4X max.)

ENGINE STARTING PROCEDURE

TO START:

PRESS and HOLD stop switch until

engine stops.

TO STOP:

Lock throttle/cruise control lever.

SET choke lever to FULL choke.

SET choke lever to HALF choke.

Pull starter grip and rope until engine starts (6X max.)

NOTE: If the unit has not started, return to step 3.

Allow the engine to warm for 10 seconds,

SET choke lever to RUN.

TO RESTART A HOT ENGINE:

If the engine/unit is already hot:

Lock throttle/cruise control lever.

SET choke lever to RUN.

Pull starter grip and rope until engine starts.

50:1 Ratio = Mix 2.6 oz 2-cycle oil with

1 gallon of fresh gasoline in separate gas

container. SHAKE. Pour into fuel tank.
