2 Remove the system eover and set it aside (see Figure 1-5):
a Loosen the three thumbserews on the front of the system (see Figure 1-5).

b Slide the system eover baek and grasp the eover at both ends (see Figure 1-5).
c Carefully lift the eover away from the system and set it aside.
3 Label eaeh hard drive with its loeation in the ehassis.
* Remove the hard drives from the system.
5 Remove the 15 T-10 Torx serews that seeure the raek front panel to the ehassis.
6 Lift the raek front panel away from the ehassis and set it aside.
