This warranty gives you specific iegai rights, and you may aiso have other rights which may vary from state to

Limited One Year Warranty

Homecare, inc. wiii repair or repiace (with new or remanufactured components or products), at BiSSELL’s option,
free of charge from the date of purchase by the originai purchaser, for one year any defective or
maifunctioning part.

This warranty appiies to product used for personai, and not commerciai or rentai service. This warranty does not appiy
to fans or routine maintenance components such as fiiters, beits, or brushes. Damage or maifunction caused by negii-
gence, abuse, negiect, unauthorized repair, or any other use not in accordance with the User's Guide is not covered.
