R visibility is impaired due to heavy rain, snow or fog.

If the system detects that the camera is fully operational again,
the Adaptive Highbeam Assist Now Available Adaptive Highbeam Assist Now Available message is
displayed.
Adaptive Highbeam Assist is operational again.
