TROUBLESHOOTING

1. The sweeper is not working or lacks power. Charge the battery. If the battery is already charged, check

that the handle has been assembled and attached correctly.

2. The battery will not charge. Check that the battery is sitting properly inside the charger and the battery

charger is connected to the mains. Ensure the red indicator lamp of the battery charger is on. If everything is
in order but the sweeper runs for less then 15 minutes on a full charge, obtain a replacement battery from an
authorised service engineer.

3. The sweeper works but does not collect any dirt. The dust tray could be full or may not be fitted

correctly. Check that the dust tray has been installed correctly. Please note that the sweeper will not pick up
objects caught in the carpet (e.g. staples) or heavy debris.

4. Dust and dirt falls out of the sweeper during cleaning. The dust tray could be full or may not be fitted

correctly. Check that there are not too many hairs or other fibres caught in the brushes. If necessary, clean the
rotating brushes.
