1. Remove the seat, side panels, tank and
silencer from bike. 2. Remove sub frame. Separate air box from sub
frame.
3. Cut off air box as shown. Remove stock air
sensor from air box, use air sensor in later step. 4. Rout control box from handle bars along the
stock wire harness. Zip tie harnesses together
leave loose in air box area.
5. trim right side of panel lightly so that silencer
mounts will be flush when mounting up the inlet
and outlet brackets. 6. Install cut box on sub frame and place frame
in place. Place and put in top 2 screws on frame,
leave them loose.
