3) LCD will display incrementing digits until it stabilizes. Once your weight is locked, the

screen will flash indicating your current weight.

4) Within a few seconds, the scale will automatically compute your BMI, FAT% (F),

water% (W), Body Muscle, Body Bone and KCAL. The LCD will show them twice and
then automatically shut down. You can also use the buttons below to see your results.

At the foot of the LCD, when LCD displays “Body Fat”, you will see a key line indictor of
multiple vertical bars. The key lines give an indication of your Fat% level, comparing your
current Fat% to statistical norms. Whether you are considered underweight, normal, or
overweight, you can take this indication as a reference to your current body condition.

STANDARD WEIGHING SCALE OPERATION
To use the device as general weighing scale without using the options of parameter
settings for Fat%, Water%, BMI, KCAL, Bone, Muscle, follow the instructions below:

1) Turn on the unit by slightly tapping on the glass platform of the scale, LCD will show
“0.0kg”
2) Step onto the scale gently (do not jump on the scale). As soon as you step on the scale,
the LCD will immediately display incrementing digits until it stabilizes. The LCD will
flash and lock digits, showing your weight value. After a few seconds without
weighing, the LCD will automatically shut down.

ERROR MESSAGES
1) LCD may occasionally show error message “Err”. Simply turn off the unit for a brief

moment, or remove and re-install the battery as a total-re-set. Then turn on again to
resume operation.

2) “FFFF”: overload.
3) “LO”: battery power running low.

MAINTAINENCE AND CLEANING
1) Use a dry, or a lightly damp soft fabric with mild detergent to wipe clean the device. Do
not use strong chemical solutions such as alcohol or benzene for cleaning.
