Slide the second lower support rod through outer •
edge of the cart cover. Slide an end of the rope onto
the rod end as it approaches each gap in edge. The
bend in the rod must face in the direction shown in
figure 16.

Slide the front support tube through the double loops •
located near the front of the cart cover. See figure 14.

Slide the front (straight) support rod through the •
center loop (located in the top of the cart cover)
closest to the front of the bag. Slide a lower support
rod (bent) through the center loop behind the front
rod. See figure 15.
Secure front support tube to top angle support •
using two 1/4" x 1-1/4" hex bolts and 1/4" lock nuts.
TIGHTEN. Do not over tighten and collapse support
tube. See figure 17.
