Viewing a JPEG Disc (continued)
To rotate picture
Press ♦ for horizontal flip and ♦ for vertical flip.
Press and ■►to rotate pictures 90° counterclockwise
and clockwise.
JPEG disc compatibility with this player is
limited as follows:
■ Depending upon the size and numberof JPEG files, it
could take a long time for the DVD player to read the
disc’s contents. If you don’t see an on-screen display
after several minutes, some of the files may be too
large reduce the resolution of the JPEG files to less
than 6M pixels as 3078 x 2048 pixels. (For progressive
JPEG file, itis2000x1200.)
• The total numberof files on the disc able to be played is
about 648.
• The total number of folders on the disc able to be
played is about 299.
• Some discs may be incompatible due to a different
recording format or the condition of disc.
• Ensure that all the selected files have the “.jpg”
extensions when copying into the CD layout.
• If the files have “.Jpe” or “.jpeg" extensions, please
rename them as “.jpg” files.
’ File names without “.jpg” extension cannot be read
by this DVD player, even though the files are shown
as JPEG image files in Windows Explorer.
’ Files in KODAK ERI JPEG format are not supported.
’ The number of files and folders on the disc able to be
played is determined by the recording conditions, but
the total number cannot exceed 648.
’ CD-R physical format should be ISO 9660.
