1. Place the I/O panel in the original position.
2. Tighten the screws to secure the I/O panel.
3. Replace the system board .
4. Replace the support brackets .
5. Replace the modem card .

7. Replace the audio board .
8. Replace the display assembly .
9. Replace the ExpressCard/Smart Card/PCMCIA module .
10. Replace the palm rest .
11. Replace the processor .
12. Replace the heat sink .
13. Replace the CPU door .
14. Replace the wireless local area network (WLAN) .
15. Replace the wireless wide area network (WWAN) .
16. Replace the hard drive .
17. Replace the optical drive .
18. Replace the keyboard .
19. Replace the keyboard trim
20. Replace the memory .
21. Replace the modem card .
22. Replace the subscriber identity module (SIM) card .
23. Replace the secure digital (SD) card .
24. Replace the battery .
25. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer .
