- Your tolerance may be higher than your dog’s. You may need to

increase the stimulation level. Be sure both contact points are

touching your skin.

- The battery may be low, check the LED light for battery life.

- If you have done all of the above, your unit may need to be

5. My dog has skin irritation.

- This may be due to an extended use of the contact points. If your

dog exhibits signs of skin irritation, consult with a veterinarian.
