View/dial a directory entry
1. Press , then or to scroll to the directory
entry you want.
Or, to search alphabetically:
Enter the first letter of the name you want e.g. for
Emma, press
twice to display names beginning with
E, then scroll using or to the name you want.
2. Press or or lift the handset to dial the
displayed entry.
Or
Press to return to standby.
Edit a directory entry
1. Press . The first alphabetical entry will be
displayed.
2. Press or to scroll to the directory entry you
want.
3. Press , Add New Entry is displayed.
4. Press to display Edit Entry and press .
5. Edit the name using the or buttons to move the
cursor through the letters of the name, the button
to delete incorrect letters and the keypad to enter new
letters. When the name is correct press

Insert a pause in a number
At the point where you want a
pause, press and hold
until P
appears in the display.
If a number is more than 16 digits,
the first 16 digits are displayed for
3 seconds and then the display
scrolls to display the last 16 digits.
After 3 seconds the display reverts
back and continues to scroll back
and forth until you change the
display information.
