￭ In the input field below on the left, enter the command verss and
click on [Send].
Cetac Technologies … must now be displayed as the response
of the device; see below. Among other things, the version num-
ber of the device is also transferred. If no text is received, then
check the connection cable or install the device driver once again.
￭ Close the dialog window with [OK].
The input fields in the Properties window are now disabled. This
means that the connection between the device and the PC has
been set up.
￭ Close the properties window with [OK].
Now the 898 XYZ Sample Changer can be actuated via transfer com-
mands in a method.
