The following instructions are intended for Microsoft Windows computers.

4. You can download the installation file at

http://www.bullydog.com/update_agent.php

• Save the file first, then run it. (If you try to run the file without saving, your computer will generate an error message).

• If you get pop-up messages asking for permission

to install, click the buttons to let your computer
finish installing the Update Agent.
