Windows XP

19. Windows will download the .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack
update.
Windows will also automatically initialize the installation of the
update. This step could take a few minutes and it might seem like
your computer is stuck, but this is normal and your computer will
continue the process automatically when it is ready.

Then, your computer will begin installing the update. Again,
this process can take several minutes to get started.
Eventually, your computer will move forward with installing
the .NET Framework update.
