All operation of the video tape

recorder, apart from loading and

unloading of a tape, is done via the

Beo4 remote control.

You can play, pause and stop a

loaded tape, rewind and fast

forward, or cue the tape backwards

and forwards at two speeds. You can

also choose to play a tape in slow

motion.

Loading and unloading of videotapes is done

manually via the loader on the front and the

close-up operation panel on the back of

BeoVision Avant.

BANG &OLUFSEN

> Push the tape under the loader cover into the

compartment in the centre below the screen.

> Let go of the tape when you feel the

mechanism drawing the tape into the

compartment.

> Press the EJECT button on the operation panel

behind the BeoVision Avant display bar to

unload a tape.

Never leave a tape in the compartment opening!

The open flap keeps the system alert and thus

wastes energy. The flashing standby indicator will

prompt you to load or unload the tape.
