Message Meaning
Temperature unknown.
Standby Mode has been activated by pressing
a button combination on the user panel.
The spa is operating in Standard Mode.
The spa is operating in Economy Mode.
The spa is operating in
Standard-in-Economy Mode.
Sleep Mode has been activated by pressing a
button combination on the user panel.
pH is low.
pH is high.
Sanitizer is low.
Sanitizer is high.
The pump is on during Standby Mode to
assist in draining the spa.
Hardware failure.
Hardware failure.
Firmware install problem.
Configuration error. Spa cannot start up.
Spa could not trip GFCI.
A pump appears to be stuck on, causing the
water temperature to creep up, possibly to
hazardous levels.
A pump appears to have been stuck on the
last time spa was powered.
Action Required
After the pump has been running for 1 minute, the
temperature will be displayed.
Press any button, except “Jets”, to leave Standby Mode
and return to normal operation.
Temperature display is current after pump has been
running for at least 2 minutes.
“ ” will appear solid on the display when the
temperature is not current. “ ” will alternate with the
temperature when the temperature is current.
Operates the same as Standard mode, then reverts to
Economy mode after 1 hour. Press “Temp” followed by
“Light” to switch directly to Economy mode.

temperature when the temperature is current.
Add pH increaser according to
manufacturer’s instructions.

Press “Jets” to turn off the pump when water has drained
(or power off the spa.)
