Troubleshooting
If your appliance is experiencing operating difficulties, check this list of problems
and solutions first to avoid the cost of an unnecessary service call.
Appliance does not work at all.
 The power supply plug is not inserted in the wall socket or the plug and
outlet are loose.
 Power may not be reaching the electric socket being used by the
refrigerator. This can be checked by plugging a light or any other electric
appliance into the socket.
 The voltage is too low.
Appliance is running noisily.
 The appliance has not been properly leveled.
 The refrigerator is in contact with the wall.
 The shelves or other accessories in the refrigerator are in the wrong
position.
Appliance does not cool sufficiently.
 The door has been opened too often, or has been left open for a while.
 There is not enough clearance around the refrigerator.
 There is too much food in the refrigerator.
 The temperature has not been set properly.
There is an odor inside the appliance.
 Some of the food is not properly wrapped or covered.
 The inside of the refrigerator needs cleaning.
