HANDSET
SETTINGS
Handset settings
To adjust the handset ringer
volume
There are 5 levels to choose
from (
1-5), or you can turn
the ringer off altogether.
Press the
ߜ button to enter
the menu.
Use the DOWN button to
scroll to HANDSET and press
the
ߜ button.
Use the DOWN button to
scroll to RING VOL and press
the
ߜ button.
You will hear the current
volume setting and it will be
shown on the display.
Use the UP or DOWN button
to select the required volume
(VOLUME 1-5 or VOL OFF).
You will hear a sample ring.
Press the
ߜ button to confirm
the new setting. You will hear
a confirmation tone.
Press and hold the
✘
button to
return to the standby screen.
To switch keypad beeps on
and off
Press the
ߜ button to enter
the menu.
Use the DOWN button to
scroll to HANDSET and press
the
ߜ button.
The display will show BEEP,
press the
ߜ button.
The display will show KEYTONE,
press the
ߜ button.
Use the UP or DOWN button
to select either ON or OFF.
Press the
ߜ button. You will
hear a confirmation beep.
Press and hold the
✘
button to
return to the standby screen.
Important
Press and hold the
✘
button at any
time to exit the menu and return to
the standby screen.
