Conventions used
This documentation uses the following conventions to distinguish between different
types of information:

Terminology used
Term
Meaning
INTERBUS
Fieldbus system by PHOENIX CONTACT
Standard device
Lenze controllers the function module can be used with (8200 vector, 8200 motec).
Controller
Master
INTERBUS node which takes over the master function in the fieldbus system.
Slave
INTERBUS node which represents a slave in the fieldbus system.
Code
"Container" for one or several parameters used to parameterise or monitor the
controller.
Subcode
If a code contains several parameters, they are stored in "subcodes".
In the documentation, the slash "/" is used to separate the code from the subcode
(e.g. "C00118/3").
