Loosely fasten the Hypercharger mounting bracket to the front cylinder. The
chamfered end of the 1” spacer goes against the cylinder. Place the idle adjustment bracket
between the Hypercharger mounting bracket and the 1” spacer. Be sure to apply anti-seize

Position the Hypercharger assembly over the carburetor and secure the hose clamp.
See PIC.14.
STEP 25
Verify the manifold aligns with the carburetor and is not twisted; rotate the manifold
for proper fit, if necessary. Tighten the two mounting bracket fasteners to

rubber bump stop will be positioned behind your gas tank.
STEP 26
Connect the breather hose from top of the rear cylinder to the hose

the Hypercharger using the new hose.
STEP 30
Reinstall the seat, fuel tank, and dash panel; refer to your factory
service manual for specific information on this procedure. The top leg of the
Hypercharger mounting bracket rests against the gas tank.
STEP 31
Verify that all fasteners are secure and have Locktite applied, that all hoses are
connected and free from kinks, and that the throttle cables operate freely.
ATTENTION!
It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that all of the fasteners (including
pre-assembled) are tightened before operation of the motorcycle. Küryakyn will not issue
a warranty on components lost due to improper installation. Periodic maintenance may be
