9. TACHO MAP (Airflow Compensation Rate Control Map)
(1) At the MAIN MENU screen, TACHO MAP is chosen with the UP/DOWN
switch, and press the ENTER switch to confirm, then the Airflow
compensation rate control map screen will be displayed.
(2) The controlled channel can be chosen from three channels, CH1, CH2,
and PASS. PASS serves as the normal mode.
(3) The TACHO MAP fluctuates the fuel by applying compensation to the
sensor for the number of rotations. The compensation rate can be set
at a maximum of ±50% in 0.1% unit. Moreover, the RPM map can be set
up by 100 rotations and it is based on 16 points.
【Caution】
Although a compensation rate can be set at a of ±50%, the amount of
±50% increase (decrease) of the fuel is not necessarily carried out.
Since a sensor signal is rectified and fuel is fluctuated, actual injector
size (capacity) does not change.

The cursor shows the present RPM and
set value for the Airflow compensation
rate. These are all shown in real time.
(4) TACHO MAP
① Press the ENTER switch twice and it will select the channel display. Then press the UP/DOWN switch to
choose the channel and press ENTER to confirm
② Press the DOWN switch while the MAP-CH is selected at the left side of the screen, then it will
select the [RPM on the left side] and the [compensation rate on the right side]. At this time, press
ENTER While an arrow [→] is next to the RPM, then the arrow will disappear but the RPM will still be
selected. Press UP/DOWN to change the RPM, then press ENTER to confirm.
※The RPM can be set up by units of 100 rotations.
③ After setting the RPM, it will select the preset value (compensation rate). Press UP/DOWN to change
the preset value (compensation rate), then press ENTER to confirm.
Then, an arrow lights up on the left-hand side of the RPM, and it returns to the RPM setting step.
※Keep pressing the UP/DOWN switch to accelerate.
④ To change the settings continuously, press the DOWN switch and repeat steps ②~③.
※If the LEFT switch is pressed while on the RPM selection screen, it will return to the MENU screen.
【Caution】
・
If the control channel is changed (CH1 →>CH2), the RPM and the preset value will also change.
・
If PASS is selected, it will be in a normal state; therefore, the RPM and the preset value will not be
displayed.
・
If the LEFT switch is pushed, it will return to the previous operation, but the changes performed by
then are not canceled.
・
The changes in the value of the fuel control will take effect in real time.
