OPERATION

Rotate the discharge tube to face the opposite direction 1.

upright position, push the safety bar down to lock the
bar. To unlock, lower the extension tray and push in
the safety bar.

unhook the safety chains from the towing vehicle. 1.
latch safety chains to the hitch to prevent them from
interfering with chipping.
Disconnect the wire harness from tow vehicle.

Remove the hitch pin from the coupler latch. 3.
unlatch the coupler and disconnect the hitch coupler 4.
from the hitch ball.
Move the hitch of the chipper away from the hitch ball
5.
and lower the jack stand. Secure with a hitch pin.
lower rear stabilizer.
6.
Optimum towing performance can be achieved by
maintaining a horizontal trailer hitch.
NoTE
Return chipper to transport position, insert transport
safety pin and clip, and set turntable brake handle to
locked position. Failure to do so may result in damage
to the machine and/or serious bodily injury.
