Step Four: Locate the left side bar, two #30 plastic rings, two 12mm bolts, two 12mm flat washers and two 12mm
lock washers. Secure the side bar and rings to the support brackets using the hardware listed in this step. (Fig #1)
Fully tighten all hardware at this time. Torque part to 30ft. lbs.

Step Five: Repeat steps two through four on opposite side of vehicle.
Be sure to use all hardware supplied and tighten all bolts.
IMPORTANT: Side bars have a 300 lb. weight capacity. To protect your investment, wax this product after
installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer over the finish.
