(2) FRONT MOUNT BRACKETS (8) LOCK WASHERS (1/2”)
(2) BACK MOUNT BRACKETS (8) FLAT WASHERS (1/2”)
(2) FRONT SUPPORT STRAPS (2) FLANGE LOCK NUT (1/2”-13)
(2) T-BOLTS (2) PUSH NUTS
(4) HEX HEAD BOLTS (M12-1.75 x 120mm) (4) RUBBER WASHERS (2”)
PROCEDURE
1. Read instructions completely before installation
2. Remove the body mount bolts from front and rear body mounts (underneath cab of truck). Do not discard
factory bolts.
3. Bolt front mounting brackets and rear mounting brackets to body mounts using the hex head bolts, lock and
flat washers shown. Be sure to place rubber washer between body mount and bracket to prevent squeaking.
4. Insert t-bolt into factory hole on front of frame on front face of frame under body mount and secure with
plastic push nut. Attach front support strap to t-bolt using flange lock nut as shown.
5. Position SIDE BAR
fasten side bar to front mounting bracket using hex head bolts, lock and flat washers. Be sure to insert
through front support strap as shown.
fasten side bar to rear mounting bracket using hex head bolts, lock and flat washers.
6. Check fit and alignment.
