PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Start by removing the two torque bolts just under the front of the bumper lip holding the
bumper lip to the lower portion of the front support (Fig 1) shows location of Torque bolts, with
these removed from the list above select the Driver’s left bracket and position Driver side
Bracket to the bumper lip and secure with the (2) 6mm hex bolts, (2) 6mm flat washers & (2)
6mm lock washers as seen in (Fig 1A). Snug but do not tighten at this time.
3. Repeat step 2 for Passenger/right side Mount Bracket by removing the two torque bolts just
under the front of the bumper lip holding the bumper lip to the lower portion of the front support
(Fig 2) shows location of Torque bolts, with these removed from the list above select the
Passenger’s right bracket and position Passenger side Bracket to the bumper lip and secure
with the (2) 6mm hex bolts, (2) 6mm flat washers & (2) 6mm lock washers as seen in (Fig 2A).
Snug but do not tighten at this time. (Fig 3) shows lower mount brackets attached.
4. With the mount brackets in place, Open and support the Hood with the support rod, with the
hood supported locate and remove the (4) torque bolts holding the upper bumper cover in
place (Fig 4) shows location of torque bolts, with bolts removed locate the hood latch remove
the (1) left side hood latch bolt as seen in (Fig 5) with this bolt removed select the Upper brace
bracket and slide it in down and out the lower hole of the front bumper cover you will need to
pull the bumper cover out slightly to maneuver the bracket down and into place as seen in (Fig
6,6A & 6B) Secure the upper brace bracket with the factory bolt, Snug but do not tighten.
5. With help position & loosely attach Sport Bar to the lower mount brackets using the included
(2) 8mm x 25mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat Washers (Fig
7).shows Passenger side attached, Snug but do not tighten at this time.
6. Begin to attach the upper brace bracket to the Sport bar with the (1) 8mm x 25mm Hex Head
Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat Washers as seen in (Fig 8). Snug but do not
tighten at this time.
7. Level and adjust Sport Bar, then tighten all hardware, reinstall the (4) torque bits to the upper
bumper cover.
8. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives
that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish.
Mild soap may be used also to clean the Product.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Product.
