3. Remove the air dam from the bottom of the bumper and move it to a clean stable work area. Pay

close attention to the type and location of all factory hardware for reinstallation.

4. With help, position the Bull Bar up to the inside of the Mounting Brackets. Use the included (4)

12mm x 30mm Hex Bolts, (4) 12mm Lock Washers, (8) 12mm Flat Washers and (4) 12mm Hex
Nuts to attach the Bull Bar to the Mounting Brackets. Snug but do not tighten hardware.

5. Stand back from the vehicle and check to see that the Bull Bar is centered and level on the vehicle

and adjust as necessary. IMPORTANT: Once properly aligned, tighten only the hardware securing
the Mounting Brackets to the truck. Do not tighten the hardware on the Bull Bar at this time.

6. Remove the Bull Bar.
7.
Hold the air dam up to the bumper and align it with the factory mounting points. Mark the location

of the Mounting Brackets onto the back of the air dam. Measure the Brackets and the location of
the mounting points before cutting to double check the location marked to cut. Cut (2)
approximately 3-1/8" holes in the air dam to clear the Bull Bar. NOTE: Due to different factory
designs for air dams and front bumpers, exact location to cut for clearance must be determined by
the installer. To maintain the integrity of the air dam, do not cut the hole any larger than absolutely
necessary. It is recommended to make several small cuts and check the fit often for a clean
installation.

8. Once the final cuts have been made, reinstall the air dam using the factory hardware.
9.
Reinstall the Bull Bar as instructed in Step 4. Level and adjust the Bull Bar again and tighten all

hardware.

10. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
