11.3.5 Elbows on the single and double hose reels
The elbows must be replaced in the event of:
- external visible damage,
- hydraulic fl uid continually leaking on the elbow pipes.
Procedure:
1. Remove the extension hose pairs.
2. Loosen the elbow and remove it.
3. Position the new ellbow and tighten it with a torqu of M
A
= 40 Nm/29.5 lbf∙ft.

CAUTION!
Take care that the elbows are
always mounted in the correct
oriented manner (see illustration
on the right).

back again over the screwed-connections
