STEP 3:
• Install corner pod using the 5/16 hardware
• Put a 1/2” carriage bolt through the furthest forward hole in
the frame rail on both sides. See picture 8 for illustration.
• Install the bumper frame mounts using a 1/2 flange nut on
the carriage bolt, the 12mm bolts and washers for the tow
hook, and reinstall the washer and nut for the body mount.
• Use the 2 1/2” bolt plates on the upper and lower holes of
the furthest apart holes on the bumper and the 1/2” car-
riage bolt for the inner holes. Use the retainer washer to
hold the 1/2” bolts from sliding back while installing the
bumper.
• Install bumper using the 1/2” nuts, lock washers, and wash-
ers.
• Adjust the bumper and once in position tighten the 1/2”
bolts down.
• Install Road Armor emblem.
• Re-install tail lights, sub woofer, and removable panels.
STEP 4:
• You’re all done! Enjoy the view.

Use the 5/16 x .75” bolts and the nut tabs for the 3rd hole
back.
Use the removable pannels to gain access to the bolts.
Push exhaust out of the way to install right bumper
mount.
Use a socket to help press the retainer washers onto the
bolts.
