STEP 1 : Make sure you have all necesary tools and hardware.
Hardward Kit Includes : ( all Grade 8 )
(12) 1/2” x 1/5” Coarse Thread Grade 8 Bolts
(6) ½” x 1.5” Tabbed bolts coarse thread Grade 8 Bolts (Manufactured Part)
(2) ½” x 4.5” coarse thread Grade 8 Bolts
(2) 7/16” x 1.5” coarse thread Grade 8 Bolts
(2) 7/16” x 1” coarse thread Grade 8 Bolts
(34) ½” Washers
(20) ½” Lock Washers (4) 1.25” 3/8 SOCKET CAP WINCH BOLTS (Stainless)
(4) 7/16” washers (4) 1.25” 7/16 ALLEN HEAD WINCH BOLTS (Stainless)
(4) 7/16” lock washers (4) ALLEN HEAD BOLT & NUT (for logo)
(20) ½” Coarse Nuts (1) Large Road Armor Logo
(4) 7/16” Coarse Nuts
(2) ½” Retainer Washers
STEP 2:
• Park on level surface and Disconnect
Positive Battery Terminal.
• Disconnect Factory Fog Lights.
• Once all OEM bolts / screws are removed
gently pull on your old fl imsy stock bum-
per, starting at the fender well.
• Remove additional parts shown below.
• The
fi rst image below identifi es all parts
removed after bumper shell.
Be sure there is no powder coat on or in tube sleeves.
And it may help to... um... lube it up and twist it in.
