STEP 3:
Road Armor Bumper Install
• Loosely fi t brackets on frame using the factory bolts from the factory bumper.
Note - Install the OEM bolt tabs through the frame brackets so the threads point towards the
inside of the frame.
The 1500 brackets are different but Mount the same way.
• Install one bolt in Road Armor bumper per side using retainer clips as pictured below.
• Install the winch to the bumper using the supplied Allen Bolts and Washers.
Note - Install the Flairlead bolts before you mount the winch.
• If your bumper came with a guard : Wrap corners with soft material to protect fenders from
scratching.
• Measure between bracket holes and position bumper bolts for easy alignment.
• Carefully guide bumper onto brackets and tighten all hardware once bumper is adjusted.
