STEP 1 : Make sure you have all necesary tools and hardware.
Hardward Kit Includes : ( all Grade 8 )
( 8 ) .5” x 1.5” Bolt Tabs
(16) .5” Washers
( 8 ) .5” Lock Washers
( 8 ) .5” Nuts
( 2 ) Retainer Clips
(4) 3/8” Socket Head Cap Screw (For Winch)
(4) 7/16” Socket Head Cap Screw (For Winch)
(4) Allen Heads, Lock Washers, and Nuts(for logo)
STEP 2:
Uninstall OEM Bumper
• Park on level surface and Disconnect Positive Battery
Terminal.
• Note - The pictures of the truck are a 2008. If you have a
2011 the overall process will still be the same.
• Disconnect Factory Fog Lights and Remove OEM Bumper.
• Once OEM bumper is removed, pull off color matched
plastic trim piece. (In this case it’s white)
• Remove additional parts shown below.
• For piece below Headlight use a T20 star bit and either a
wrench and / or pliers to remove both bolts on backside
of headlight.
• Note - If you have a Chevy you can skip the last three
procedures.

Bumper:
2 Tow Hooks, 2 Bumper
Stiffeners, 5 Hard Plastic
Pieces, and Floppy Piece of
Rubber.
