Ready, Set Up, Go

Step 4:

Press the power (®

) button on the back to turn on your iMac.

You hear a tone when you turn on your iMac.

Step 5:

Set up your wireless keyboard and mouse.

If you purchased an Apple Wireless Keyboard and Mouse:

Turn them on. Press and hold the power button on the right side of the keyboard for

a few seconds. Slide down the switch on the back of the mouse.

Click OK with the mouse in the dialogue box that appears.

Note:

If your keyboard or mouse don’t turn on, make sure batteries are installed.
