IMPORTANT:
Ensure that material is only removed from the
section shown in the sketch above. If too much is
removed, the oil seal may allow differential oil to
leak into the wheel hub.
c To prevent the end of the right hand front axle shaft from bottoming
out on the thrust block, it must be shortened by 10mm.
NOTE : To be safe you should try the axles in position
first to make sure they have not already been
modified.

Nissan IFS R200A Differential
NOTE : This section applies only to the front differentials of
Nissan IFS vehicles that use a single bolt to secure
the short axle stub into the differential side gear.
c Insert the axle stub as far as it will go.
c Insert and hand tighten the retaining bolt into the center of the axle
stub. (Refer Fig.22.)
