Playing a DVD+R/+RW disc

Insert a DVD+R/+RW disc.

The Index Picture screen appears.

Use 3 4 keys to select a title and press
PLAY 2 to start playback.

To stop playback, press STOP 9.
Helpful Hint:
– If the message '
BLANK' appears on the
display panel, this means that there are no
recordings on this disc.
Playing a DivX disc
This DVD system supports the playback of
DivX movie which you have downloaded
from your computer onto a CD-R/RW or
DVD+R/+RW.

Insert a DivX disc.

The disc content menu appears.

If the DivX movie contains external
subtitles, you have to first select the
subtitle file from the file list.
●
Select the AVI file from the file list for
playback.

Press PLAY 2 to start playback.
Helpful Hints:
– Subtitle files with the following filename
extensions (.srt, .smi, .sub, .sami) are
supported.
– It is normal to experience an occasional
pixelation during MPEG-4/DivX playback
due to poor clarity of digital contents during
internet downloading.

Insert an MP3 CD.

Use 3 4 to navigate within the menu and
select the album and track to play, then
press PLAY 2.

During playback, you can press ∞ / § to
select the next/previous track.

To stop playback, press STOP 9.
Helpful Hints:
– Only the first session of a multi-session
CD will play back.
– It is normal to experience an occasional
“skip” while listening to your MP3 disc.
– Further information on the album, track
and artist will also be displayed on the TV if
included in the ID tag.

TIPS:
Some discs cannot be played on this DVD recorder due to the configuration and
characteristics of the disc, or due to the condition of recording and authoring software.
