Installation Questions

The SGC2910 is not listed in Game Controllers/Gaming Options in the Windows Control Panel .

The SGC2910 is not connected to the PC .
Verify that the SGC2910 is plugged into a USB port directly on your PC . Do not connect
the SGC2910 through USB hubs . The SGC2910 should be connected directly to the PC’s USB ports .
