The coffee is not creamy on the
surface
Coffee leaks outside the brew
group
The machine takes too long to
heat up or the quantity of water
dispensed from the tube is
limited
The brew group cannot be
taken out
The blend is not suitable or the
coffee is not freshly roasted or
is ground too coarsely.
Brew group unit clogged
The machine water system is
clogged by scale
Brew group out of place
Dump box still in place
Change the coffee blend or
adjust the grinder as directed
in par.5 (Increase the dose
Optional)
Clean the brew group and its
outlets
Descale the machine (Par. 12)
Turn on the machine. Close the
service door. The brew group
will automatically go back into
place.
Remove the dump box before
taking out the dispensing unit
