Pressing
Production
The bending moment resulting from the pressing
process is controlled by installed load sensors.
Before the leader is overloaded the pressing process is
interrupted automatically.
Due to that invigilator the carrier machine as well as the
pressing unit is well protected against extensive wear
and damages.
The pressing process takes place in the following phases:
An installation advance of up to several
metres can be achieved by activating the
down-crowd force via the universal slide.

a cylinder under the assistance of
the down-crowd force.
