Cooking
This section explains how to adjust the elements. In the table, you can find
temperature settings and cooking times for various foods.
Use the + and - keys to select the desired temperature.
Heat setting 1 = lowest level
Heat setting 9 = highest level.
The temperature range is a continuous scale from 1 to 9. The level is indicated by a
number or a number with a decimal point after it (i.e., 2 or 2.) 2. is halfway between
2 and 3.
Ensure the hob is switched on.

Switch the hotplate on by pressing the "sel" symbol.
The hotplate display flashes "k".

Press the "+" symbol in the next five seconds. Heat setting "b" shows on the
display.
If 5 seconds elapse before the "+" symbol is pressed, the hotplate switches off.

Set the required power level using the "+" and "-" symbols.
After 5 seconds, the hotplate display will stop flashing. The hotplate is activated.
The heat setting can be adjusted at any time by pressing the "+" or "-" symbol.
Select heat setting "k". After approximately 3 seconds, the hotplate switches off and
the residual heat indicator lights up.
