Step 11
Attach the hood stops and the
hinge brackets to the back of the
lower grill housing using eight
6x12mm screws. Do not fully
tighten the hinge brackets to the
housing at this time.
Step 12
Assemble the handle to the hood.
Insert two 5x65mm bolts through
the wooden handle. Slide a flat
washer over each bolt then the
metal handle spacers. Insert the
assembly into the holes on the front
side of the grill hood housing.
Secure using two split washers
and two 5x4mm nuts.
Step 13
Place the Grill hood housing on top
of the lower grill housing with the
temperature gage and handle
oriented to the front side of the grill.
Using four 6x12mm screws attach
the hood to the hinge brackets.
Fully tighten all eight screws used
to secure the hinge brackets to the
lower grill housing and the grill hood
housing.
