Step 4
Insert axle into one wheel hub, then
insert a wheel over the axle (flat
side of the wheel should face
outward toward the wheel hub.)
Slide the axle assembly through the
holes in the short legs with the tank
support bracket. Place the second
wheel onto the axle and push the
second wheel hub into place.
Step 5
With the help of a friend, turn the
assembly upright. Assemble the
wire wood rack onto the welded
brackets on the inside of the legs.
Note: Use caution when lifting the
lower grill housing to prevent
back injury or damage to the
grill. With the help of an
assistant, carefully turn the
smoker to its upright
position. Try to minimize the
stress placed on the legs.
