TROUBLESHOOTING SUGGESTIONS
DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM

No lights or heat
Unit not plugged in or circuit
breaker tripped
Reset circuit breaker
Plug brewer into electric power

No heat

Water level probe corroded

Install a taste and odor filter in water supply, and replace

Use a quality coffee with a consistent roast. Use proper grind and
amount of coffee per brew.
